Each year, two scholarships are available for $2,500 each to two local high school students. The scholarship application includes the submission of an essay. All essays will be reviewed blind by a review committee.
At the conclusion of the Israel experience, each recipient will be required to submit a second essay describing his/her experiences and insights gained during their time in Israel. Both essays will be published in the Washtenaw Jewish News.
