Eileen is honored to re-join the Jewish Federation of Greater Ann Arbor team, having previously served for seven years in a number of roles, culminating as Director of Israel/Overseas & Community Relations.
Her most recent position was as Special Projects & Communications Manager at Zionism Victoria in Melbourne, Australia where she coordinated the community’s Yom Hazikaron and Yom Ha’atzmaut events and the organization’s marketing communications.
Eileen has lived in Ann Arbor for 19 years and has served on a number of boards including Beth Israel Congregation, Jewish Federation and Hebrew Day School. She earned her BA in Psychology and History at the University of Texas at Austin and her MBA at the University of Houston.
She and her husband Gary are proud parents of three grown children.
Cindy Adams began working for the Federation in 2007. Previously she worked at the Chelsea Retirement Community for ten years. She has always lived in Washtenaw County and she currently lives in Chelsea with her husband Danny. Her adult daughter, Melissa, lives in Birmingham, Alabama.
Denise Bennett comes to the Federation from a position of Controller in the for-profit world. She has a dual degree in accounting and computer programming. Denise has worked in the accounting field for over 20 years.
Nicole graduated in June of 2018 with her Masters of Public Administration (MPA) from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University, where her academic intersts included nonprofit and fund development. Prior to this, Nicole graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University at Buffalo with degrees in Global Gender Studies and Jewish Studies.
Nicole looks forward to combining her interst in fund development with her passion for the Jewish community through her new role as the Development Associate.
Claudia graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in Communications. While at EMU, Claudia served as president of EMU Hillel. She brings a wealth of experience in the Jewish community having worked at Tamarack Camps and the JCC of Metro Detroit and having interned at the Jewish Federation of Metro Detroit, BBYO Michigan Region and the David Project. We are delighted to have Claudia join our team.
Tamara began working for the Federation's Finance Department in 2017. She earned her BS in Psychology at Bethune-Cookman University in Florida. She has worked with several organizations in the Jewish community over the past few years.
